Brief Project Summary:

The objective of this project is to develop practical information on the production of a shorter season soybean that has advantages over traditional varieties in some southern environments. The researcher will try to relate response of Maturity Group III, IV, and V soybean varieties, when planted from mid-March to early June, to soil temperatures at planting, emergence and weather conditions.
