Brief Project Summary:

The goal of this research project is to develop soy protein that can replace fishmeal in aquaculture diets. The soybean breeding program will continue to develop germplasm lines by improving the protein levels, reduced trypsin inhibitors and phytate, and increasing levels of key amino acids.
