Brief Project Summary:

The goals of this proposal are to increase productivity and profitability of early season soybean production system by evaluating agronomic management (row spacing, population density, planting dates, maturity group selection and tillage) soil fertility and plant nutrition, pest management (diseases, insects, and weeds) and irrigation methods and requirements. The data collected by investigators will be used to develop production guidelines and recommendations. Information will be disseminated through UA extension fact sheets, newsletters, appropriate electronic updates (web-based and electronic mailings), production meetings, Cooperative Extension agent training, field days, scientific...
