Enhancing the present quality and subsequent long-term sustainability of soybean-producing soils in the Mississippi River Delta region is key to efforte to improve water and air quality and further foster soil and water conservation. The adoption of conservation practices is a valuable investment in the future, ensuring that subsequent generations have productive lands to farm and feed ever growing populations. This project encourages voluntary adoption of conservation and document long-term trends and improvements in the long-term sustainability of soybean production and soil resources in the Mississippi River Delta region of eastern Arkansas.
