Brief Project Summary:

This project supports curriculum revisions underway for 4R Nutrient Stewardship, the current basis for economic and environmentally consensus use of nutrients to meet crop demand. This work plans to develop and deliver a series of workshops on precision agriculture entitled From Yield Maps to Management Maps, provide soybean production content as part the Ohio Agribusiness Association/OSU Extension January Certified Crop Advisor Educational program targeted as a professional development opportunity advertised to CCAs, provide for professional development of Ohio State University Extension personnel, support a series of 20 Regional Agronomy Meeting programs and Field Day Events organized by Extension Educators, conduct on-farm trials and hold four Soybean Production Workshops in four regions of the state.
