Brief Project Summary:

The objectives of this project are to determine if cover crops after soybeans improve nitrogen capture by corn and prevents nitrate loss, evaluate if cover crop planting date affects nitrogen capture and assess whether shallow or deep-rooted cover crops impact nitrogen capture.
