The main objectives are to determine the distribution and population density of Hoplolaimus species in soybean growing counties in South Carolina, identify ecological and management factors potentially correlated to the presence of specific species of lance nematodes. and develop molecular diagnostic methods to identify the main species of lance nematodes associated with soybean.
