Brief Project Summary:

The main objectives are to evaluate herbicide programs in conventional soybean varieties that provide control of glyphosate-resistant Palmer amaranth and other economically important weeds, screen commercially available conventional and herbicide-tolerant (Roundup Ready and LibertyLink) varieties for injury potential from metribuzin (Sencor) herbicide and disseminate injury potential of metribuzin to conventional and glyphosate-tolerant varieties and herbicide programs for conventional varieties to South Carolina soybean producers.
