This project will utilize the advances in web and smart phone technology to transforming traditional one-way flow of information from research labs, to extension stations, and finally to end-users, by using a more egalitarian process. The process allows exchange of experience and knowledge available in the community, from growers, consultants, industry, research and extension, using electronic means so it is germane to develop and disseminate appropriate crop production practices using smart phones.
