The researchers will develop a technical literature review of the role and value of storage proteins in relationship to crude protein and amino acid composition. The paper will discuss the general variation in storage protein in modern soybean varieties and how understanding storage proteins and their role can aid in the improvement of crude protein and amino acid composition.
