Brief Project Summary:

This project tracks crop yields each year and compares those fields with a cover crop to those without. With this information, farmers will be able to do a cost/benefit analysis of the practice. The goal is to determine the long-term benefits and cost-effectiveness of consistently using cover crops in a primarily corn and soybean grain crop rotation.

Key Benefactors:
farmers, agronomists, extension agents
