The strategic targeting agricultural resources and sustainability (STARS) program is a three-year joint state program built on a decade of federal, state, checkoff and private funding of farmers developing tools that can help improve soybean production, profitability and environmental performance, or in other terms, soybean sustainability. Working with a trained consultant and using management tools developed by the Iowa Soybean Association, farmers will:

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years.
