Brief Project Summary:

Seed companies do not screen their varieties for protein and oil content. This program brings together smaller regional seed companies and state soybean associations to focus on compositional quality and yield. By working with the smaller seed companies to provide them with composition information about their varieties, they can gain a competitive advantage in the market by selecting high yield and high quality varieties.

Key Benefactors:
farmers, agronomists, ag retailers
