The Mid-South Soybean Promotion Board (MSSB) has pledged a total $160,000 annually by assessing member QSSBs (Arkansas, Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana, Missouri and Tennessee), although the individual amounts per state may vary somewhat; attempts will be made to prorate equally among the states. Each respective state board has agreed to financially support the project contingent upon joint sponsorship with the United Soybean Board (USB). The MSSB requested that the United Soybean Board (USB) pledge $102,233 per year for this project bringing the total project budget to $262,233. Blair Buckley - $22,639 from the Louisiana Soybean & Grain Research and Promotion Board (LSGRPB) Travis Faske - approx. $12,000 from the Arkansas Soybean Board. Trey Price - approx. $31,000 from the LSGRPB. Xin-Gen (Shane) Zhou - approx. $6,000 from Texas A&M Agrilife Research
