This proposal is a continuation of the initiation portion of the research project titled “Evaluating
Soybean Quality Stored in Commercial Grain Bags” that was requested by Kendall Nichols, Director of Research, North Dakota Soybean Council. This timely research was initiated because producers are facing significant challenges this year in obtaining storage space for storing soybeans. Storing grain in commercial poly bags is a good option if stored at recommended storage moisture contents during the cool winter storage period.
