Project Summary

NCSRP encourages intra- and inter-university collaborative research programs, thereby reducing duplicative research efforts. NCSRP also fosters increased communication among researchers, with farmers, with companies and with other interested parties and stakeholders through meetings, field days and the Soybean Research & Information Network (SRN) website www.soybeanresearchinfo.com. NCSRP also supports workshops and results-oriented research reviews, publications, bulletins and an annual report (http://www.soybeanresearchinfo.com/pdf_docs/NCSRP19_AnnualReport.pdf) to accelerate the development and release of novel data, information and strategies for increasing soybean yield, soybean quality improvement, soybean yield preservation through disease, insect and abiotic stress management. Finally, the NCSRP supports and contributes project and program overviews and detailed progress updates to the National Soybean Checkoff Research Database (www.soybeanresearchdata.com).
