Brief Project Summary:
Throughout the year, the Ohio Soybean Council has opportunities to participate in various soybean industry and agricultural related events and meetings. Staff will select appropriate soybean plant research activities in which to participate based on the potential to effectively reach soybean farmers with checkoff information. This project covers participation in various conferences and meetings throughout the year, promotion of soybean plant research related events and travel related expenses associated with these events or regional/national soybean research meetings. Some of the activities would be Soybean Research Center meetings, NCSRP meetings, USB site visits, special events at OSU, national and regional plant research meetings, etc.

Project Summary

Throughout the year, the Ohio Soybean Council (OSC) will have opportunities to participate in various soybean industry and agricultural related events and meetings. The OSC staff will select appropriate soybean plant research activities in which to participate based on the potential to effectively reach soybean farmers with checkoff information. Additionally, participation in various conferences and meetings throughout the year, promotion of soybean plant research related events, and travel related expenses associated with these events or regional/national soybean research meetings will be funded from this project. Benefit To Soybean Farmers

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years.
