Brief Project Summary:

This proposal provides the 2nd year of a three-year lease for equipment needed to plant soybean production plots at numerous sites; including the new drainage research site near Minnesota Lake. The tractor and connected GPS planting system will greatly increase the efficiency and accuracy of the soybean plot work. After the three-year lease the equipment will be purchased by the university and continue to be used only for soybean production research.
