Brief Project Summary:

To determine the phenological relationships between the stink bug species and soybean from south to north in Nebraska and assess the risk of stink bug damage to soybeans. Develop a stink bug monitoring system that helps farmers/consultants determine when to scout. Initiate Nebraska specific research on the effects of stink bugs on soybeans. Determine the efficacy of established and new insecticides on stick bug.
