Brief Project Summary:

Herbicide-resistance in weeds is an increasing issue for producers of all crops in Oklahoma. With the high rate of adoption of ghyphosate-resistant soybean varieties and increasing adoption of no-till production practices, producers rely very heavily on chemical weed control methods. Increasing numbers of herbicide-resistant weeds are being reported each year. Early detection of herbicide-resistant weeds is crucial so that producers can take the appropriate steps to manage and reduce the negative impacts of these herbicide-resistant weeds in their production systems.

Producers are being encouraged to scout their fields for possible herbicide-resistance. Screening results will be...

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
