Brief Project Summary:

This research project will determine the relative resistance of susceptibility of natural infections of Strobilurin Resistant Frogeye Leaf Spot on commercial varieties in the TN county variety tests and evaluate the effect of various fungicides for control of Strobilurin Resistant Frogeye Leaf Spot. In addition, the project hopes to increase exposure of the Soybean Promotion Board and the University of TN to the producers of TN concerning their cooperative efforts to improve production through better disease control and nematode management. The objective is also to help increase yields and profits for TN soybean growers.
