Brief Project Summary:

Research is needed to develop strategies which help growers maximize yield as well as ensure that current production recommendations are necessary and profitable. Because of the traditional market for soybean, many opportunities may exist for growers to increase yield and improve the overall sustainability of soybean in Georgia. Each year many fields of soybean produce yields which are well below a grower's expectations. These situations may be associated with poor management, but often poor production occurs when a grower makes proper production decisions. By identifying which factors are most likely to result in poor production, we may be able to more adequately understand which situations...

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
