Fungicide trials were established at the Gulf Coast REC at Fairhope. Due to a relatively mild winter, ASR overwintered on kudzu in south Alabama and was later found in soybean sentinel plots in June. Other foliar diseases were present in the fungicide trials and were also rated.

Fungicides were applied at the R3 to R5 growth stages at various rates and timing, to investigate preventative and curative strategies. Soybean foliar diseases were evaluated by rating disease severity at the R5 through the R7 growth stage.
