Brief Project Summary:

Illinois Soybean Association wants to encourage growers to increase their soybean yields in the state of Illinois. The Farm Journal Soy College will educate producers on ways to improve soybean yield as well as build enthusiasm for producing soybeans. Farm Journal's Corn College has a lot of brand value and demand to attend far exceeds spaces available. Farm Journal will produce a turn-key soybean field event for 200 participants at Ken Ferrie's research farm at Heyworth, IL. The project's objective is to bring together 200 Illinois producers for a one day field day showcasing the latest tactics and strategies for managing and increasing soybean yield.
