Brief Project Summary:

The increasing incidence of weed species that are resistant to some herbicides has increased the interest in developing a rapid test to identify herbicide resistant weeds. This project is directed that developing such a method that can rapidly evaluate the susceptibility of waterhemp to glyphosate. Successful completion of the project will provide soybean growers another tool to use in their weed control program.
