Brief Project Summary:

The objective of this project is to monitor populations of the frogeye leaf spot fungus, Cercospora sojina, for resistance to strobilurin fungicides (i.e. active ingredients in Headline, Quadris, and Stratego). This will provide information that can be used to prolong the effectiveness of foliar fungicides in Illinois soybean production.
