Brief Project Summary:

The goal of this continuing project is to improve the recommendations for soil K fertilization that will maximize yield in high-yield environments and improve soybean health and resistance to foliar diseases. The specific objectives of this project are to determine soil K level necessary for high-yielding environments and lowest foliar disease levels; and determine the optimum soil K level to minimize foliar disease occurrence and dependence on late-season foliar fungicide applications.
