The goal of the Illinois Soybean Producer Profitability and Competitiveness Initiative project is to make Illinois soybean producers more profitable by enhancing their managerial abilities. The efforts will focus on determining the profitability of Illinois soybean producers and aid Illinois producers in improving their grain pricing and risk management skills. The objective of this project is to monitor profitability and improve the marketing and risk management abilities of Illinois soybean producers, thereby making Illinois soybean producers the most profitable in the world.
