Brief Project Summary:

The objective of this proposal is to provide continuing support for the University of Tennessee Soybean Breeding Program, including Partial Support of an Applied Field and Seed Laboratory Research Associate, in order to develop high yielding new varieties, including those with resistance to Roundup herbicide, added-value, resistance to soybean cyst nematode, stem canker, or other diseases.
