Brief Project Summary:

The goal is to develop and evaluate EAS – rice hull silica based composites for dielectric application in “dry-type” transformers. A quantitative assessment of composite materials will be carried out with International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) specified standard test procedures. The successful completion of the goal will lead to an new application patent for the MSMC controlled technology.
