All participants in the proposal run large public soybean breeding and genetics programs and each has large in kind support from their respective institutes in the form of infrastructures/facilities needed for running their breeding programs. Other cash supports received from state soybean commodity funds and other sources for protein/meal research by the participants exceeds $300,000.
