The goal of this project is to provide an app that allows Kentucky producers to accurately calculate and compare the price offered by elevators considering delivery costs and high-moisture discounts for grain as it is harvested. This project directly targets the Kentucky Soybean Board's research goal of reducing the cost of producing soybeans. All elevators charge a moisture discount for accepting wet grain.
