Brief Project Summary:

Previous soybean sequencing research has identified soybean genes that are expressed by SDS pathogen infection process. These genes are in three classes which seem to be related to soybean defense genes that are suppressed following infection with the SDS pathogen. The goal of the research project is to continue efforts to create novel soybean germplasm with durable SDS resistance for soybean growers.

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
